The business was originally founded as a partnership in 1990 by Thomas Jequier and Michael Newitt. In 2003, the business became a Private Limited Company with both former partners becoming the sole directors.
Both Thomas Jequier and Michael Newitt are Institute Registered Insurance Brokers in their own right.
